ACW 📺 Ad (2000)

Established in 2000 and served as an online hub for a local professional wrestling promotion. Envisioned now to 2024, acknowledging its own past history, the All-Star Championship Wrestling online presence continues. Forever.

Founded in Green Bay, Wisconsin back in 1999 All-Star Championship Wrestling was born in the roots of the 1990s Midwest independent wrestling scene. Joining in the modern peak of pro wrestling nationally in the early 00’s, ACW was featured on local television.

The demise and fallout of the national wrestling fan base burnt out on pro wrestling in the post Y2K era, also reshaped All-Star Championship Wrestling, moving into an affiliate of the historic National Wrestling Alliance (NWA). ACW:NWA would carry into the ‘next’ era in 2003-2010.

ACW and the grassroots wrestling ties became less focused on, as the promotion was pressured into pushing the NWA Midwest (rightfully as NWA:WI was an affiliate) and the NWA:Wisconsin branding was featured from 2010-2012.

AcwProWrestling.com Owner: Benjamin Skippon

“I am excited to revive this domain, and the online presence of ACW/NWA WI. Personally, I was a young fan of ACW in the 2k era, got involved with shows and the {NWAWisconsin} website in the mid 2000s, and later even went on to become a Commissioner of ACW/NWA WI [as the Rev. Ben Johnson].

After relocating to Washington State, I acquired the ACWProWrestling domain. For a fan of 24 years of local pro wrestling, it’s very exciting.”

“The goal is to create a valuable resource for wrestling fans, preserving the legacies of all those who were a part of the promotion, and its impact on the independent wrestling scene.”
